Fecal matter is excreted from your anus, you may have experienced vomiting. Urine is produced in the kidneys, travels to your bladder, and then conveyed through your urethra, out of your body. There is no communication between those structures and your mouth.

There is no way for feces or urine to be vomited out of the mouth. Having said that, it is always possible to have dark stomach contents which may resemble either of those bodily fluids. Watch for dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids. If your vomiting has persisted, see your primary care doctor.
