With your history of tubes tied, positive pregnancy test and pelvic/stomach pain, you should have a full evaluation by a OB/Gyn Dr, including ultrasound, as these are all risk factors for ectopic pregnancy. Irregular bleeding could also indicate other problems such as fibroids or adenomyosis. All reasons to see and OB/Gyn for evaluation.
