2 year old received a hep a vax today and i noticed some leakage when the nurse pulled the syringe out. the do everything so fast (i presume because toddlers arent very calm) so its hard for me to tell how much actually came out. how bad is this?

This isn't bad at all and nothing to worry about. Almost certainly the large majority of the injection did not leak and the vaccination will be fully effective. Check with the doctor's office if you remain concerned.

This is pretty common when giving an injection. The vaccine should still be effective. Good luck.
