Watch pee: It is too confusing to count numbers ingested when you look only at fluid intake. Applesauce (95%) grapes/peaches, soups , all vegetables have fluid value. If a 5 yo makes pee every 6-8 hours he is getting enough fluids. If you want a more scientific answer you must include the kids weight in another such question.
