I woke up fine and randomly while i was at work i got a pain in my left testicular there is no lump, no swelling, no pain when i pee my pee in a normal color it is mainly pain full to walk due to touch?

The epididymus, which sits on the testicle, may be mildly inflamed. It would be tender to the touch if this is the problem. Avoid tight underwear & tight jeans. Try wearing a jock strap at work. Avoid ejaculation. Consult your physician or a urologist for examination of the testicle if symptoms persist.

It could be the start of epididymitis, torsion of the appendix of testis etc. Best is to wear a support underwear, take Ibuprofen and see a urologist
