What you've described is termed, "urgency"; it could be due to infection or other types of inflammation or stimulation. To determine the underlying cause, it would be best to see a urologist who could then provide the recommendation for its treatment.

It could be one of many things- infection/irritation of the prostate- bladder. Without an exam this cant be managed. PL see a Urologist
