Can i be treated for h pylori without a test? i cant get a endoscopy til august. im constantly nauseated and bloated and belching. i am on anti acids only. i had h pylori before?

There are other ways to test for h pylori including blood,stool & breath tests. Your primary care physician can arrange testing for you using whichever test he/she or the lab is familiar with. I don't recommend taking a rigorous course of medications without a definitive diagnosis especially in view of your symptoms which aren't necessarily diagnostic of h pylori. You can try diet&mylanta for gas

There are noninvasive test for H. pylori. However, I would not recommend treatment for that, unless your doctor determines that you have actual gastritis. Most people who have H. pylori do not have symptoms from it. I would continue medication to reduce acid for now, and see your doctor or a Gastroenterologist if this does not help. Good luck.
