No response to the acid meds it feel like when it reaches the top of sotamch lower chest it stays there and burns for a few hour every day. mostly at night. but during the day to. really scary hope its nutthing major?

Although we need more details, it sounds as though you are having possible acid reflux symptoms which are not under control with acid reducing medication‘s. This is usually a good indication that further testing is necessary. You should see a Gastronenterologist to determine the next steps in your work up. Good luck.
