Either: Acid reflux usually causes upper abdominal pain and chest pain in the front, up toward your throat, often with a burning sensation. Pain from your lungs, lining of your lungs, or chest wall (muscles, ribs, cartilage) can be anywhere on your chest, front or back.

Possible: Acid reflux can cause it. Also depending if you have high blood pressure or diabetes, your heart has to be checked. Muscles can do that too. Its better if you see your so more testing can be done.
