My ear has been itching for years. i got myself a camera to look in my ears and sure enough, close up the ear dum, there is at least 4 pieces of long hairs. looks grown in , not loose. other ear is clear of this. how do i get relief from this?

You should see an ear nose and throat doctor for evaluation to see if these hairs can be removed by them. You should not attempt to remove them on your own as this may cause additional irritation and perhaps bleeding. An ENT doctor can evaluate your ears and perform whatever procedure they think is needed to relieve your symptoms. Good luck!
