If the pain and redness have been present for 15 years, you should get it looked at and evaluated. It is impossible to know what it is without seeing it, so you should see a dermatologist or a urologist. Good luck.

Anything which has been there for 15yrs does not call for a cream but needs to be checked. Pl see a Urologist
