Based on how HIV+ persons thought they caught it (which often is wrong) the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimated a risk of one in 20,000, if the oral partner has HIV. That's equivalent to getting BJs by infected partners once daily for 55 years before infection might be likely. Many consider condoms optional for oral sex.
