I take claritin and cipro for chronic allergies and chronic severe sinus pain and inflammation. no improvement yet. im in a lot of pain. im afraid to take ibuprofen because i had gi issues in the past. will taking one dose of advil hurt me?

Here is some useful information from my website: https://drneilmcleod.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Sinusitis.pdf You need to use a humidifier, take hot steamy showers, sleep with the infected side up so it drains, and if possible flush the sinus with warm saline. The pills on there own are not enough. Ask your doctor about Augmentin.
