Hello hi ive got treated for a std wensday and was wondering could i drink alcohol today since its been more than 24hr?

It is not recommended to consume alcohol while being treated for a sexually transmitted disease as it may interfere with the effectiveness of the medication and prolong the healing process.

Do not know what you were treated by so not easy to answer. When you get a med filled the pharmacist generally gives a do/ donts info paper. You can also call your doc. But if it was a one-time shot- you can take alcohol in moderation
