I swallowed my braces elastic by accident while eating , and i dont feel too good i feel like throwing up. what will happen to me?

This will pass out your poop in a few days with no problems. It is certainly not any worse than the strange objects you likely swallowed as a toddler. Other than your surprise at swallowing the material, you should not spend any more time thinking about it.
