Yes, it is possible if your partner has active HIV infection (non-treated) & the cut is fresh; however, the risk is very low by statistical data. This is from UPTODATE: " HIV transmission occurred in 20 of 6135 cases (0.33 percent) following percutaneous exposure". Please note that risk is from contacting with infected blood not the vaginal fluid so your risk is much lower. Take care.
