I am 4 weeks pregnant, i found out at 3 weeks, 2 very bright lines and my symptoms started at 2 weeks. my hcg at 4 weeks came at 4074, isnt that too high for 4 weeks? i know i didnt get pregnant earlier because there was no sex. is this concerning?

Time of conception is not the same as weeks pregnant. Weeks pregnant is calculated based on first day of last period, not ovulation date.
