Is it normal to have a more pronounced pulse on the right side of your neck versus the left side?

The left&right carotid arteries in the neck should have equally strong pulses. If the pulse is weaker in one, we suspect A partial blockage and order an ultrasound of both carotid arteries for evaluation. An examination of the neck, by your MD including listening over the carotid arteries with a stethoscope.for abnormal would be a good starting measure.
