Did not ejaculate for 2 months, masterbated for 2 hours and ejaculated, sore and pain in testicle for 1 week. ultrasound showed fluid build up and infection. given antibiotics. should i be afraid to ejaculate again? have not done it in 2 months again?

Ultrasound does not show infection but anatomic changes. You did not say fluid buildup- where?. Wearing a scrotal support, local heat to the area and Ibuprofen may help. If not better pl see a Urologist. maturbation should be OK if not done for a prolonged period of time. Hope you do well.
