These symptoms merit an URGENT visit to one's doctor, neurologist or to a hospital Emergency Department for the purpose of determining the underlying cause of symptoms.

Agree with Dr. Zacks, as a search for an etiology is needed ASAP. Not clear if there was actually any infection, and if not, antibiotics would not help. You may be experiencing migraine headaches, and the emerging pattern may eventuate in chronicity. I too, think that a visit to a neurologist is quite appropriate.
