Sorry if this is repetitive. if one 4th gen lab test is conclusive for positive results, can the same be applied to one negative result outside the 6 week period, to avoid false negatives?

It isn't clear what you mean. Once there is one negative AgAb (4th gen) test result beyond 6 weeks, no other testing is needed. For sure that person does not have HIV, unless possibly reexposed more recently.
