A member asked:

My left testicle is hard and bigger than the other. theres instances where the left one is hard, and the other sagging. theres no pain, just hardness and wondering what it could be? will the testicle need to be removed? will this go away?

In all mature males, one testicle hangs lower than the other; no problem there. However, if the hardness and enlargement are quite definite, and especially if they are new, see a urologist for professional evaluation. Without pain or tenderness, infection (epididymitis) is unlikely, but a tumor or other mass (hydrocele?) are possible. Good luck.

You need to be seen by a Urologist soon for proper diagnosis and management- what is done will depend on findings- good luck
