4 days post upper extractions with immediate placement. when i take them out to clean there is a brown foul smelling liquid. its happened every time i clean them. when i clean them i also seem to get nauseated and dizzy?

This is a combination of dried blood, food particles mixed with some bacteria. Clean and soak your placement as directed. Also rinse with mouthwash and brush remaining teeth. The healing process will take a few weeks and you should have a clean mouth. Follow all post surgical instructions.
