I take 5 medications for diabetes and hbp they're metformin, metropol, lisinopril, chlorizadone, and glipizide and i burn and hurt after i pee and there's some swelling just below where i'm circumcised and my penis head won't emerge very painful too?

There is increased risk of infection when diabetes is not adequately controlled. There is not enough information here, but there is a suggestion that you may have infection is why you have the burning and the swelling of your penis. It is best to get evaluated so you could be put on appropriate antibiotics as soon as possible.
