Balanitis, phimosis: This is a result of increased metabolic products of proliferating bacteria under the fold of skin. Urine is fermenting under the foreskin. Wash (rinse) under the skin daily. When you pass urine always blot away any that last drop. Castellani solution is excellent for this. Circumcision cures it.
