There is a rash that can be associated with Covid. If it is Covid, it goes away typically within the 10 day period that Covid typically lasts. If it is not at least getting better after 10 days, then you should see a dermatologist since there could be another etiology for your rash. Benadryl can be helpful id it is itchy. Good luck to you!

The red rash as described may be indication of some allergic reaction to some food or contact. But, Since having had covid infection might have altered One's immunity, best to have the PCP examine and manage this rash for best outcome.
