Regarding genital hpv. (which i have) i have ocd so i struggle with contamination anxiety. if fomite transmission isn't a worry, then what explains studies suggesting people who are yet to have sex testing positive for hpv?

Although much less common, it is possible to spread HPV without having penetrative sex. It can be spread through general general contact, kissing, etc., although not nearly as frequently. Good luck.
