Fatty liver has nothing to do with HCV and has no effect HCV test results. Weakly reactive" might mean you don't have HCV. As per previous advice, see a doctor in person to work this out. None of this has anything to do with STD risks. Contrary to common belief, HCV almost never is sexually transmitted. If you're at risk for STDs, get tested; but not because of your HCV test or fatty liver.
