Period can come early, on time or late after taking plan B. If period is still not happening in 4 days, i.e. missing period for 10 days, you should repeat the pregnancy test with an early morning urine sample to rid off your concern. Good luck.

Most pregnancy tests are reliable but not 100%. It could be just a late period. If this continues pl see your GYN/DOC
