No risk at all. Herpes viruses are not transmitted by contact with their clothing, or with anything in their environment. You also cannot get it by sharing an infected person's toilet, shower, towels, eating utensils, etc. The only way you can catch it is by kissing, oral sex, or intercourse with an infected person.

Not herpes, however superficial infections remain possible, open wounds on hands should be kept covered if handling material with contaminating potential.
