Assuming you have not menstruated during the "four month interval", this level of "1.0 miU/ml" of HCG is not indicative of pregnancy, but see your GYN physician for an exam and other testing (transvaginal ultrasound) for the established reason for delay of menses such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
