It's 40 days after intercourse...i did hpt ( seven times) all were negative....i also did beta hcg it was 1.20 miu/ml....nd meanwhile i got my periods also....is there still any chances of pregnancy?

Suggest repeating the HCG serum test, as a normal growth of the fetus/placenta at this point will be significantly elevated. Early miscarriage is also common with first pregnancies. See your gyn physician for an exam.
