Hello, i recently had a mole on my back removed by a dermatologist and biopsied. post biopsy they cut in and remove it all but didn't explain the paperwork to me. i read it today and saw it says p16 positive. what does this mean? is this hpv related?

Yes, the lesion what your thought a mole could be a wart or a skin cancer due to strain 16 HPV. You should discuss directly with your dermatologist. Good luck.
