I do home canning at home one jar was very old and looks suspicious to me it fell on floor i clean all area with bleach if there was botulism toxin there then toxin will inactivated but spores are there my 7 month old crawl on that floor is she safe?

No concern for botulinum spores after thorough cleaning with bleach. Your 7 month old is safe because you took preventive action. Bleach kills organisms including spores whereas alcohol may not.
