A member asked:

I received my ozempic pen from the cvs pharmacy, but when i opened it up i noticed my ozempic pen didn't have a cap to cover it after using. should i be concerned? am i at risk for any disease?

I would return it to the pharmacy that filled the script before you use it and point out the problem. Occasionally these items are packaged wrong and the pharmacy needs to know this and replace it. They need to pay attention to their quality control.
