There are small pituitary tumors that don’t typically cause hormone issues so the hormone levels can still be normal with a small pituitary tumor present. But, the small pituitary tumor would show up on imaging studies, like CT scan or MRI. So, if it is possible for you to have this, you need to get the imaging study done. Good luck to you!

You have neglected to explain why you believe that you possess a pituitary tumor. If there is a legitimate concern, an MRI image would reveal presence or absence. Normal endocrine studies do NOT exclude non-secretory tumors. Discuss what you need to do next with your current physician.
