Ive been taking antibiotics for strep throat, im on around day 6 but my left ear has just randomly started hurting when i speak? it just started hurting like 10 minutes ago? what could this be?

Anything occurring for only 10 minutes and "randomly" is unlikely to be serious. Ignore it for now -- check with your doctor if it goes on for longer, like a few days.
