Intake of water or other fluids has no effect at all on nocturnal emission frequency.

No, drinking a lot of fluid does not affect the rate of nocturnal emissions. If you have a lot of water before bed, you may need to get up to urinate at some point, but nocturnal emissions would not be affected. Good luck.
