I went to the urologist recently and he told me everything was fine with my ejaculation but i did not ask him about semen volume. i know urologists say the normal semen volume is 1.5 ml to 5 ml is there a way i can measure this in my house?

Sure. Ejaculate into a container then use a teaspoon to measure the amount. 5 ml = 1 tsp. Any amount more than about ¼ tsp is normal.

You can buy a small plastic measuring cup from a pharmacy or use one that comes with some cough meds and ejaculate in it
