Do you have glands at the back of your undersrms? i have a gland or something that hurts like the dickens to where its hard to reach for stuff.

Underarm Gland: Although feeling a lymph node can mean a wide variety of things, it should not be painful unless something else is going on. You should see your doctor to make sure there isn't an infection in the general area. The important thing also is to be able to differentiate a swollen lymph node from an abscess, for example.
