Im a week late w/ light cramps/nausea &no sign of my period just discharge & extremely moody , i took a test 6/2 @pm, it was negative. did i test too soon, is my period delayed?im not tryinto get pregnant but dont want to be irresponsible if i am?

If you have regular cycle and test is negative after missing period for one week, chance of pregnancy is low. Just to be sure, you can take another test in 3 days with an early morning urine sample if menses does not come in the next 3 days. Your symptoms are not consistent with conception. Good luck.
