More than 3 month from exposure.today my tpha test for syphlis , determination of treponema pallium in blood (syphlis tp) was 0.080 . it is written under 1.0 negative and more than 1.0 positive. is this test completely conclusive?

TPHA is not recommended in people without symptoms, except to confirm positive results by other tests, like RPR or EIA testing. However, this is a negative result and shows you do not have syphilis and never did.
