I recently had anal biopsies done yesterday. on his notes it said perianal skin excoriation and thickening with about a 2 cm radius from the anal verge. sounds alarming, but it is? i have a follow up visit scheduled?

The wording indicates someone scratches their anus enough to cause the skin to thicken. Other than using doctor speak I fine it neither alarming or unusual.

Daily perianal itch for over 4 years, the anal skin seems to have red cracks. The skin is lighter than other areas and burns. I went to proctologist and dermatologist twice in the past years, but nothing. What else should I do to get relief/cured?
