I have a problem with saliva, a lot of saliva builds up in my mouth and it un controllable, i spit liters a day and i am worried i could develop a serious problem? also i can't be around people because the saliva fills up in my mouth when i am people?

You should see a doctor as there are treatments to decrease saliva. You can see an ENT doctor to see what treatments are possible for your case-there are doctors who inject Botox into the salivary glands to decrease saliva in some patients.
