I was just diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia due to either diffuse adenomyomatosis and/or cholesterolosis. what does this mean?

It simply means that your gallbladder does not contract as well as it normally should, and sometimes that can cause symptoms similar to those you would expect with gallstones, such as right upper quadrant abdominal pain. Occasionally this can require surgery. Good luck.
