Tylenol (acetaminophen): yes, because Tylenol (acetaminophen) doesn't slow down the gallbladder. However, in high doses can cause liver failure, so caution is advised

Depends on liver: The normal liver can tolerate up to 4000 mg acetaminophen in 24 hours. If I am conservative & assume you have some degree of liver impairment (unlikely, unless you have something else too), I would suggest staying below 2500 mg in 24 hours. If that helps your pain, fine. If not You should discuss this with your primary medical provider or specialist. Hope that helps.

Prefer ibuprofen: It probably would be safer to take ibuprofen or naproxen for pain as this is metabolized via the kidney rather than the liver.
