See a urologist: Best option is to see a urologist and/or endocrinologist ... As there might be another condition influencing these extremely low values. Also, some medications have been shown to depress Testosterone levels. Hope that helps!

Find the reason: Erectile dysfunction at your age is often due to hemochromatosis or a prolactinoma; both tend to get missed. It's probably real if and only if you don't get turned on by your favorite pictures / movies / ideas like the rest of us do; adapting to another person may be more difficult. It sounds like your testosterone levels are okay. Trusting you haven't lost body hair / muscle. Workup continues.
