These symptoms seem from prostato urethritis (inflammation of prostate and outer urinary tube). Best to see a urologist. In the meantime azo and plenty of water might help

Smelly urine, will have a slight burn sensation after urinating, then later will itch now and then. Also the urine will be watery while urinating but later when I check inside penis or squeeze the penis, a mucous or slimy stuff will come up?
