B12 is considered low below 190/200. Borderline is 200-300. I usually suggest a level above 400. Would follow up with MD as to cause. Dietary i.e. vegan, as it is found in meat poultry, fish, dairy, and fortified food. underlying small bowel/ ilieal disease or other cause.
