As a single reading it is not ER visit high or likely to trigger a stroke or other acute complication. It does deserve repeated testing and a doc visit if it remains in this pressure range.

Limited use for an isolated value as technique is very important. Presence and/or absence if symptoms at time pressure is checked is critical as well. Otherwise on the high side, mentioning to your doc during your annual visit may help.
